The paging console also supports pre-recorded messages, and its simple menu structure allows operators to play the required message as needed, such as for fire drills, lockdowns, or wet lunchtimes.

Messages or music can also be scheduled to align with your timetable, such as at the start and end of the school day or during break times. The system also provides an opportunity to reinforce the special character of your school or support areas of special interest learning, such as Māori Language Week, where announcements could be delivered in Te Reo.
