Ministry of Education taken to court over job losses

The dismissal of a significant number of staff at the Ministry of Education may breach collective agreements.

<h2><span data-contrast&equals;"auto">On Tuesday 4 June&comma; the Public Service Association Te P&umacr;kenga Here Tikanga Mahi &lpar;PSA&rpar; filed a case against the Ministry of Education &lpar;MoE&rpar;
