<h2>Teachers from around the world have moved one step closer to Kiwi classrooms after the Government launched the next phase in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ahead of New Zealand’s borders opening fully on 31 July this year.</h2>
<p>The new Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) comes into effect on Monday 4 July 2022. It is a three-step process and requires schools, kura and early learning services to become accredited in order to hire a migrant.</p>
