<h3>High school teachers who attend the International Food Design Conference &; Studio in Dunedin have the opportunity to take a student at no cost.</h3>
<p>The Hospitality Training Trust is funding up to 15 places for secondary students studying hospitality to attend the conference, June 29-July 1, at no cost when their teachers attend the full conference.</p>
<p>Otago Polytechnic’s Food Design Institute is hosting three days of lectures, presentations and workshops exploring how the Human Touch influences our food.</p>
<p>Keynote speakers include legendary New Zealand chef, restaurateur, cookbook author and TV presenter Al Brown; internationally-recognised designer Marije Vogelzang from the Netherlands, and chef Michael Elegbede of Nigeria. They will be joined by New Zealand and international guests including; Giulio Sturla from Roots, Cuisine’s 2015 Restaurant of the Year; My Kitchen Rules runner-up Aaron Freeman and Kane Bambury from Amisfield.</p>
<p>To take advantage of this special offer, teachers must purchase a three-day pass to the conference. Once they have confirmed their attendance all they need to do is email the conference organisers to confirm a complimentary student pass.</p>
