<p>The stories of the people of the Waikato and World War 1. For us They Fell is a living exhibition that will continue to evolve during the World War 1 centenary years until Armistice Day in November 2018.</p>
<p>Join the museum online at forustheyfell.org.nz to view or add information. This content forms part of the exhibition. Visit and find out where they fought, where they fell, and what happened at home.</p>

<p>Between Papatuuaanuku and Ranginui, the Earth Mother and Sky Father, there is a space; this is called the waa, the space where we live.</p>
<p>This selection of artists considers the various events and phenomena of their own time and of that of their tuupuna (ancestors). They are of the land and they are upon the land. Features works by Shane Cotton, Zena Elliott, Toi Te Rito Maihi, Dion Hitchens and others.</p>
